Magic Monday: Today was a magical day for many of the children. Our QUIZ scores were great! With fourteen 100%'s, fifteen 99-90's two 89-80's and one 79-70"s. Our class average a whopping 96%. I'm very proud of the students effort ande dillegence to do well on the tests. Our studies today was more review and Phonics lessons. We completed a worksheet in class with a focus on suffix - ly. Actually the students are learning how to change an adjective to an adverb. very grammar based. We then went into our Oxford Phonics 3 workbooks and did some Long O and U practices in our books. They have one more unit in the book and it's finished. Tonight, I would highly encourage the children to review ALL vocabularies from week 12-16, just refresh their memories for some vocabularies which are not frequently used or was not in another story.
