Fabulous Friday
Hello Parents,
Today in class we took our last test for the semester that will count in the grades for the year. I believe the children did a great job and really tried their best. I'll let you know on Monday the results.
Please do not worry about over-studying for the upcoming exams. I am confident that our A1 students are well prepared and will do just fine. The homework is simply extra practice to help students review what they have already learned in class.
Over the next three English classes, students will be completing Short Story Reports on the three stories we have read since Mid-Terms:
• Bigger Shoes for the Big Race
• The Ant and the Grasshopper
• The Clever Monkey
These activities will help students review story elements, practice comprehension skills, and build confidence in their English reading and writing.
