Week 18: Wednesday (12/29)

We had our 2nd Listening Exam today.

I will not hand out the exam paper today. I will gather all 3 of the exams before handing it to the students.


Continue with the homework that will help us study for the written exam on 5 January (Wednesday).


Worksheet notes:

The worksheet is due for Thursday.

Each section will help with different parts of the written exam.

The instructions in the worksheet will also be similar to the exam.


Today's game includes spelling practice: Spell the word

- Choose the correct spelling to match each picture.


Today, we will read Ox Helps 🐂 pages 70 - 83. There will be questions about this story in the written exam.


The bubble book homework will be to write out week 15 Vocabulary Words 1x (1 time).

This can be found on page 32 in the Communication book.

(students will need to read an unseen text as well as answer simple comprehension questions with full sentences)

Week 4: Friday (9/22)

   For homework: - Read Reading Street 1.R , P66-79  📘 - Preview Week 5 vocabulary words Just look ahead at them, no writing needed. Here are the  A1 quiz results : 100%      - 12 students (Well done! 🙌) > 90%     - 16 students > 60%     - 1 student Remember, these scores  don't  count towards anything. 🚫 It is just practice. Students should focus on the  vocabulary words  and  story  of the week for each quiz. Students may do corrections on their quiz paper and parents may sign the quiz paper and put it inside the Communication Book for me to find. Enjoy your Friday! 👋
