- Write the date at the top - Monday, 6/2

- Write the VWs and number; 1-8

- Then write 3 sentences and number each one; 1-3

For example:

2. We reached the highest score.

3. The owl catches mice easily with its beak.

- Underline each VW in each sentence

G2 Final Exam Scope, Spring 2025

 

Dear parents, 

 

Exams will be held on:

 

Oral Exam – Monday, June 9th , 2025

Listening Exam – Wednesday, June 11th, 2025

Written Exam – Tuesday, June 17th, 2025

 

The exams may cover the following: 

LISTENING EXAM:

Communication book vocabulary from weeks 10-17

 

ORAL EXAM:    

Section 1 will require students to use English sentences to talk about a picture that does not belong with others. Section 2 will assess student’s accuracy and fluency in reading several passages from Home on the Prairie, Seasons of Arnold’s Apple Tree and What’s in the Egg, Little Pip.

 

WRITTEN EXAM: 

Vocabulary Comprehension:  Vocabulary words from weeks 10-17.

Phonics:

R controlled (or, oar, ore), long vowel a (ai, ay, ea) , vowel digraph ie, long e (ee, ea, ey, y)

 

 

Story comprehension:
