Week 5: Wednesday (9/29)

Today, our homework will include reading 'The Big Top' in Reading Street, pages 92 - 105.

The completed story will help to complete the 'story part' in the worksheet due for Friday.


💫 I put the homework in the communication book for the rest of the week. I want to use more time in class to complete our scheduled work.

We should all be on track by the end of the week. 😊


We will write the new Vocabulary Words 11-14, in our Writers Book (bubble book). You can find these words on page 12 in the Communication Book.

Fold the page in half (X2) to practice writing each Vocabulary Word (X4) neatly on the green line.

Week 4: Friday (9/22)

   For homework: - Read Reading Street 1.R , P66-79  📘 - Preview Week 5 vocabulary words Just look ahead at them, no writing needed. Here are the  A1 quiz results : 100%      - 12 students (Well done! 🙌) > 90%     - 16 students > 60%     - 1 student Remember, these scores  don't  count towards anything. 🚫 It is just practice. Students should focus on the  vocabulary words  and  story  of the week for each quiz. Students may do corrections on their quiz paper and parents may sign the quiz paper and put it inside the Communication Book for me to find. Enjoy your Friday! 👋
